Reminder After School Leap forms are due this Wednesday January 13th so I can plan for how many workers I need.
I am a little late posting...but last night was a BLAST! We made our own marble runs!!
Love partnering with the peeps at Hurstville! We had an amazing start to the 2021 school year by learning from Tony Vorwald via ZOOM in middle school science!

Ms Houzenga, Andrew art teacher and Mr Kirchhoff, Andrew principal came up with the idea of students designing their own mask. One recommendation is to put their mask in the dryer for about 10 minutes before washing, it will (hopefully) heat set the permanent marker and last a lot longer.
Quarter 3 Leap Forms were sent home last night! Make sure and get them filled out and returned to school with payment by next Wednesday January 13,2021
Andrew CSD will be starting school on time as scheduled. Buses will need to be extra cautious and could run slightly behind. Travel in safely.

Friendly Reminder: With all this lovely snow that the kiddo's love to play in, please remember to send snow boots, snow pants and extra gloves/mittens for your child. Also with the kids wearing their masks to recess they tend to get wet. Please put a fresh mask in your child's book bag so they can switch it out with a dry one when necessary. Thank You
After a few days of testing, the Intro to Engineering students have decided to put their prototype ideas together to create a balloon powered car as a team. Testing on the new model should begin by the end of the week!
