Congratulations Andrew Hawks, Just a reminder tomorrow is a PJ Dress Up Day for meeting one of our reading goals. The students and staff surpassed reading 10,000 books, which was our end of the year goal. We will create a new goal but wanted to celebrate with a dress up day and popcorn!!

We use algebraic thinking everyday without even thinking about it! Today, 8th grade wrote equations to represent how the Little Caesar’s Pizza fundraiser can help them raise money for their class trip in the spring. If you are interested in the pizza kit fundraiser follow this link —> pizzakit.com Enter the Fundraiser ID: 387184 to purchase your pizza kit from Andrew Middle School as soon as today!

Two thumbs up for algebraic thinking 👍🏼👍🏼
Sixth-grade spent the morning doing a card sort and gallery walk in math. This was a great way to share thinking and use questioning to help us with our misunderstandings.
