Yesterday we had fun reading “Goldilocks and the Three Bears” and learning about the largest rocking chair made in the Amana Colonies. We enjoyed measuring and making our own rocking chairs!
Fun day of Summer Library and Arts with Becca
School may be out for summer but "Friday DONUT DAY" is still happening and to make it even better, any child from ages 1-18 eat for FREE. Breakfast is served from 7:40a - 8:30a so send those hungry donut-eating munchkins our way.
Lunch Today Is: Country Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Country Gravy, Green Beans and Milk. This is a FREE meal to any child from the age 1 to 18
REMINDER, we are still participating in the Summer Lunch Program here at Andrew. This offers FREE breakfast & FREE lunch to any child between the ages of 1 and 18, so send your children our way.

Summer Leap is heading to Flora Pool in Dubuque tomorrow Monday June 17th. Lunch at 11:30 and Bus leaves at Noon. We will return to school by 3:25

Fun afternoon with marshmallows! We learned that 31 of our 32 kids like marshmallows! We read a story about camping and a bear, made marshmallow shooters and learned about Mildred Day- the lady who invented the Rice Krispies bar treat! We ended the day eating a rice krispy bar of course!
