Enjoying Ag day
Kindergarten was extra excited about the encyclopedias that Mrs. Kilburg brought in today after they read about them in Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse!
If you ordered a shirt for the 5K event this weekend and your child does not attend school here, you can come to the office and pick up your shirts. If your child does attend school school here, look for them coming home in their backpacks today.
LEAP spent the afternoon at Bellevue State Park.
Had a great time learning about Monarch butterflies and seeds. Walked the trails and played games.

Second grade is working on main topic and key details!
Second grade had a fun time outside playing a music game on Monday! We used hand drums and wood sounders to practice keeping a steady beat and worked on different rhythms!

You probably noticed that your child came home from school today wearing a different shirt than the one they were wearing when they left home this morning.
These beautiful, tie dyed, Smile like Ilah shirts are our new Leadership shirts that were purchased by our wonderful Parent Lighthouse team. We would like to keep these shirts special and only wear them for our Awards Assembly days. We have included the dates of the assemblies so you can remind your child to wear their special shirt on these dates. October 29th
