LEAP yesterday was rather exciting. Mississippi River Museum brought some friends.
Snakes. Yes, I said Snakes. We learned some very interesting facts. And even got to touch a couple of them.
Reminder: 6th & 8th grade parents- information regarding the Iowa Youth Survey was sent home with your students last week. If you DO NOT want your student participating in the survey, the form needs to be signed and returned to school by this Friday, October 15th. Thank you!

The weather may not have cooperated for the LEAP field trip today, but we had fun anyway playing bingo, watching a movie, having lunch and a little dodge ball.
There's been a change in plans for LEAP this morning due to weather. We will be staying at the school today from
8:00-12:00 (noon) doing activities.

Families, we know getting supper ready during conferences can be difficult. We called the Boar’s Nest Food truck and they will be here in town from 4-8 tonight!!
Today in middle school music we played Staff Twister to practice our note names. While we were setting up the game some of them found some odd places to take a break😂 Everyone pitched in and a fun time was had by all!
