Andrew Mini Marathon!
Andrew Community School has the opportunity to help the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital in association with the Children’s Miracle Network and Loras College Dance Marathon! Students are encouraged to participate in a fundraiser called “Coins for Kids.” Each student will receive a bag to fill up with coins. Once they fill their bag they will give the coins to their teacher and are encouraged to keep refilling their bag. The “Coins for Kids” activity will begin March 29th and continue until April 6th. In honor of every student’s hard work a “Mini Marathon” celebration will be held during the school day on Friday, April 6th at 2:00. At this event students will interact with Loras College students while playing games and dancing. Loras College Dance Marathon greatly appreciates Andrew for its support of our efforts to help all the kids at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital! Andrew has partnered with Loras College since 2013 and raised over $4,000 for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital!
