Dear Andrew Families,
Just a reminder that our 3rd through 8th grade students will be taking Iowa Assessments the week of March 19th through March 23rd.
Please encourage your student to get extra rest and eat a good breakfast each morning. Students will also be provided with a snack mid-morning each day of the assessment. The elementary students will be taking their assessments during the following times:
Monday, March 19th: Reading Part 1 (30 Minutes)
Tuesday, March 20th: Reading Part 2 (30 Minutes)
Wednesday, March 21st: Math Part 1 (30 Minutes) Computation (20 minutes)
Thursday, March 22nd: Math Part 2 (30 minutes)
Friday, March 23rd: Science (30 minutes) & Try-out test (20 minutes)
Middle School students will be taking their assessments in a similar way but during their assigned reading, math and science courses.
